See whats Biting on our recent fishing charters..

 As we like to say this time of year on Pompano Beach Fishing Charters.. Spring Time is Here!! Even Though the Bonitas showed up thick, you can still catch Mahi, Tuna, Kingfish, Wahoo or Sailfish on any given trip while deep sea fishing anywhere from 100-300 ft of water around boca raton or fort Lauderdale. The Tunas have been most consistent between 200 and 350 ft of water along with the Wahoo. Kingfish and Bonitas have been together anywhere from 60 ft out to 140. The mahi and sails have been mixed in with everything but mostly on the deeper end if you find a nice blue water edge. We have been using multiple methods of fishing on our charters here in pompano beach. Trolling has been productive as we are covering more ground and have better chances of finding the fish. Live bait has been productive for some more quality fish while slow trolling or kite fishing while drifting..   January was an absolutely amazing month for Billfish on our Fishing charters and private fishing  trips here in south east Florida. When it comes to sailfish, kite fishing has been the most productive way to catch multiple fish. if you don't have kites or theres no wind, you can still bump troll or drift some flatlines while light tackle  live bait fishing  around pompano beachand still get some action! The depths for sails this January have been pretty shallow with the best bite coming between 90-140 ft of water. Another Hot topic has been Swordfish. Day time swordfishing has been hot and there's been some big fish coming in from commercial and recreational anglers. Deep dropping  some bonita or mahi belly in 1600 ft of water is where its at to get tight on the sword grounds. Don't forget to Keep your mahi lines out while sword fishing because theres been some good size galfer mahi still wondering in the stream and also feeding and spawning off the reefs in 100 ft of water while sail fishing.  Theres still some nice wahoo popping up on fishing charters and while fishing in Bimini, but the numbers are not like November and December. High speed trolling has been the way to go in Bimini and planer fishing has pulled up a few fish on pompano charter boats. the go to debts have been 100-300 ft so troll some wide S's and  cover some ground to increase your odds to find the fish! September was a tough month for Fishing Charters in pompano beach Fort lauderdale and Boca Raton. Hurricane Dorian pushed people away from fishing south Florida and brought Alot of rough Seas. We did Salvage the month with a few deep sea fishing trips as well as a few stops in the Bahamas. on the local trips we where able to limit out on kingfish as well as grab a few lucky tunas and sailfish here and there. Bonitas and Barracudas have been a big bi catch this month keeping us busy between the quality fish. We got some nice grouper in the Bahamas and had a few more chomped by sharks! o well thats part of the game on fishing trips.

August was an epic month for fishing charters  in pompano beach. We consistently had fishing trips with multiple and big Wahoo Kingfish Tuna Mahi Sailfish and Sharks. For most of the month on our deep sea fishing charters we had to run around 10 miles offshore to find schools of Mahi mahi. the ride was usually worth it! On the edge of the reef fishing charters around pompano Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton produced Blackfins Tunas and Wahoo in the 300-400 ft range. Kingfish held around 100 ft but the bigger ones stayed a little deeper. each fishing trip offshore usually had a boat load of Bonitas to go with it.

Summer time is in full effect here in South Florida and the Fishing Charters are heating up! When you think of summertime fishing you think of calm seas and Mahi Mahi!  On our recent Deep Sea fishing trips around pompano beach Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton we have been finding them pretty easy.. just find some weed patches and you probably found the fish! especially if theres birds hovering over the weeds. we've been able to go offshore and find Mahi Mahi in decent numbers as most of the fish are in big schools this time of the year. You can still find some nice galfers and big boys mixed in but mostly away from the schoolies. If you run around offshore you're sure to come across some skip jack tuna too!.. There are still alot of Kingfish and Bonitas outside of the reefs with a lot of blackfin tuna still around as well..

  Our Deep Sea Fishing Charters out of Pompano Beach did not disappoint in June as we Brought in some great Catches including Swordfish Sailfish Mahi Tuna Wahoo Kingfish and a lot more! The Bite has been non stop using either live or dead bait. Fishing for Kingfish on our Pompano Beach Fishing Charters has been the most consistent as we've been able to get our limit on most trips with the majority of the fish being caught between 100-150 ft. Tunas have been the next in line as far as consistent catch while deep sea fishing lately with the most blackfin tuna action coming from between 2-300 ft of water. Mahi Wahoo and Sailfish have also made for great catches during our pompano beach fishing charters as they have been more consistent than usual for this time of year. Mahi should be showing up in bigger numbers offshore in the upcoming months.
